You receive a 2-year guarantee on your solar generator. The batteries in your solar generator are guaranteed for 3 years. Solar accessories come with a 1-year warranty. Solar modules have a 25-year guarantee.
The warranty does not apply to products that have been disassembled, modified, damaged or mishandled.
Shipping and returns

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we have a large volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping to PO Boxes, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses

Damage

You can return any product within 30 days for any reason (as long as it has not been damaged, modified or disassembled).
We waive all restocking fees and cover the return shipping cost if it is returned due to a mistake we made (wrong product, defective product, malfunction, etc.).
If you return something just because you no longer want it, you will be charged a restocking fee. Returns of solar panels and accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returning solar generators will incur a 30% restocking fee.

How to return/replace/repair an item

- Write the RMA number on the shipping label outside of the

Our local warehouse may not accept packages without an RMA number on the return label. - BLUETTI will repair/replace (at BLUETTI's expense) any defective product during the warranty period. A replacement extends the remaining warranty period of the original order.
- We will make the replacement within 14 working days of confirmation of receipt of the defective item at our warehouse. The final solution is subject to the availability of replacement items.
The shipping cost must be borne by the customer in the following situations:
- Return of products with no proven defect.
